    Commissioning

You can obtain turnkey systems on request.

    Reliability right from the start

Avoid sensitive setbacks right now on the home stretch. Our process engineers know all the tricks of the trade from many completed projects and will commission your plant professionally.

Once installation and all associated final tests and documentation have been completed, your new system is commissioned for the first time using comprehensive checklists and protocols, including loop checks, leak tests, pressure tests, and functional tests, divided into cold and warm commissioning phases. Our process engineers and control specialists work hand in hand to implement a comprehensive program of individual steps while simultaneously optimizing and documenting all functions, operating parameters, and emission values.

Depending on the fuel(s), combustion and thermal output, type, design, and complexity of the plant, this can take from a few days to several weeks – especially in the case of large-volume combustion chambers with multi-layer refractory linings, which must be heated to their final operating temperatures under defined drying times with specified heating curves and holding points.

Only when all these demanding tasks have been completed is the plant officially handed over to the customer, and our work on site is then done for the time being.

Our experienced and competent staff will be happy to help you.
