    Commissioning

Upon request, we can provide turnkey systems.

    Reliability right from the start

Avoid costly setbacks right now as you approach the finish line. Thanks to their experience with numerous completed projects, our process engineers know all the tricks of the trade and will commission your plant professionally.

    Commissioning process

Once installation is complete and all associated final inspections and documentation have been finalized, the initial commissioning of your new system is carried out using comprehensive checklists and protocols…, divided into cold and warm-up commissioning phases. During these phases, our process engineers and control / coding specialists work hand in hand to implement a comprehensive program of individual steps while simultaneously optimizing and documenting all functions, operating parameters, and emission values.

Depending on the fuel(s), combustion and thermal output, as well as the type, design, and complexity of the plant, this process can take anywhere from a few days to several weeks – particularly in the case of large-volume combustion chambers with multi-layer refractory linings, which must be heated to their final operating temperatures under defined drying / curing times following specified heating curves and holding points.

Only upon completion of all these demanding tasks is the plant officially handed over to the client’s responsibility, and our on-site work is thus concluded for the time being.

Our experienced and knowledgeable staff will be happy to help you.
