System add-ons

Operators are required to perform regular oil analyses to assess the operational safety of their system. Always take your oil samples from the same location in your system under defined and reproducible conditions.

The continuous removal of unavoidable light-boiling compounds resp. light ends – these are decomposition products that lower the thermal oil’s flash point, increase the risk of fire and explosion, and can cause pump damage – from your system increases its availability and uptime, as it eliminates the need for shutdowns to boil them out.

Mechanical shaft seals / face seals, rotary unions, and valve seats are damaged by mechanical contaminants in thermal oil, which are usually unavoidable. Our filtration systems continuously and permanently remove ultrafine particles down to a size of just a few micrometers (“μm”).

Our modular and flexible SNCR (selective non-catalytic reduction) systems provide effective and significant denitrification / NO_x reduction in combustion exhaust gases with low operating costs and low reagent consumption.
