At CAW, we specialize in the broad field of industrial high-temperature process heat supply and industrial combustion technology. Beyond the scope of traditional thermal oil applications, we offer solutions for:
Thermal Oil Evaporators
For applications requiring thermal oil in vapor phase, we manufacture electrically heated evaporators as well as flash evaporators.
Steam Generation
Complete steam generation systems indirectly heated by thermal oil, including feedwater degassing, softening, and preheating.
Warm and hot water generation
Molten Salts
For extremely high temperatures far beyond the operating range of thermal oils, we offer heating systems that use molten salts as heat transfer fluids—these are eutectic binary or ternary mixtures of KNO3, NaNO2 and NaNO3.
Hot air and hot gas generation
For processes that utilize hot air or hot gases, without combustion exhaust gases directly from combustion, we supply both thermal oil-to-gas and gas-to-gas heat exchangers. In addition, we manufacture combustion chambers and hot gas mixing chambers custom-designed specifically for these applications.
